1455 - ITV

You watch the first film yesterday, right? May as well watch the second one. Agreed, it doesn’t quite replicate the magic of the first film but you have to admire the way it wraps itself back around the first film with some effects that still look great despite the passage of time
1745 - BBC2

Here we have the BBC once again reaching back into the archives and pulling out a random old Christmas Special; Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em is a bit of an acquired taste, and will effectively come down to how much you can deal with Michael Crawford as Frank Spencer. 1900 - 5

2100 - Film4

In the ranks of Masters of Dumb Cinema, one of the true greats is Roland Emmerich. This is, after all, the man who gave us White House Down. But before he delivered his true masterpiece Moonfall he returned to probably his most iconic film, Independence Day, with this sequel. Yes, this doesn’t have Will Smith and yes its not as good in fact its really nowhere near as good as the original but it still gives good space explosions and sometimes thats all you need
2100 - Great Movies

It’ll say a lot about your movie taste if you scrolled past the last film with an annoyed tut and then saw this film and nodded approvingly. Yes, this is a cracker of a film with an absolutely barnstorming performance from J K Simmons but, come on, does this film have giant alien spaceships exploding? Exactly.
